Our cooperation with the Ferrexpo Poltava mining lasts for more than 2 years, and during this time we have achieved good results.

Recall that PE Almaz-M has introduced a Technology to replace natural gas by solid biofuels, and carries out the substitution on two Technological lines for production of iron ore pellets.

The process of replacement of natural gas on 2 rotary furnaces resulted in savings in 2016 of about 60 million UAH. Consumption of natural gas on both lines during this period fell by 32.6 million cubic meters.

At the moment, the level of substitution of gas – 45%, which is more than 2000 cubic meters of gas per hour for one TL.
