Surowiec dla produkcji
Surowcem dla produkcji granul mogą być torf, bilansowe (niskogatunkowa) drewno i drzewne odpady: kora, opiłek, drzazga i inne odpady eksploatacji lasów, a także odpady gospodarki rolnej: odpady kukurydzy, słoma, odpady kaszowej produkcji, łupina słonecznika, kurzy pomiot i tak dalej.
Technologia produkcji
Prasa granulator
Surowiec (opiłek, kora itp.) postępuje do kruszarki, gdzie rozdrabniają się do stanu mąki. Otrzymana masa postępuje do suszarki, z jej – do prasy granulatora, gdzie drzewną mąkę zaciskają do granul. Ściskanie podczas tłoczenia podwyższa temperaturę materiału, lignina zawarta w drewnie, mięknie i skleja części do szczelnych cylindrów. Na produkcję jednej tony granul odchodzą blisko 2,3 -2,6 metrów sześciennych drzewnych odpadów, plus 0,6 metrów sześciennych opiłka spalają się, na każdą tonę zrobionej produkcji.
Gotowe granule chłodzą, pakują do różnego opakowywania – od niewielkich pakietów (2-20 kg) do big-bags (duże przemysłowe opakowywanie) wagą do 1 tona – czy dostawiają konsumentowi rozsypiskem.
Wypalanie pellet bez dostępu tlenu
Twarda biomasa sparzyła się bez dostępu tlenu przy temperaturze 200-330ºC. Takie (czarne) pelety mają szereg godności w porównaniu z zwyczajnymi (białymi):
- Odpychają wilgoć, mogą zachowywać się prosto nieba, czyli nie wymagają krytych skarbców;
- Nie gniją, nie pleśnieją, nie pęcznieją i nie rozsypują się;
- Mają lepsze wskaźniki palenia, bliskie do węgla. Stąd i nazwa – biowęgiel.
Przewagi i usterki
Paliwowe granule — ekologiczne paliwo z zawartością popiołu, zazwyczaj nie więcej niż 3%. Przy produkcji granulek w zasadzie wykorzystują się odpady tartaczny i rolne, które wcześniej zostały wzięte na składowiska i gnicie, a po upływie kilku lat zaczęli palić lub tlić.
Jednak, jeśli w miejscu wzrostu surowca środowisko przyrodnicze zawiera toksyny czy promieniotwórcze substancje, to przy paleniu granul te substancje mogą być rozpylone do atmosfery.
Ponieważ nie zawierają kurzu i spor, granule są mniej skłonne do samozapalania i nie wywołują alergiczną reakcję u ludzi.
Granulki różnią się od zwykłego drewna wysokiej suchością (wilgotność zaledwie 8-12%, a wilgotność surowego drewna – 30-50%) i większej gęstości aniżeli drwa (w przybliżeniu w półtora razy). Te jakości zabezpieczają wysoką wartość kaloryczną w porównaniu z drzazgą czy drwami – przy spalaniu się tony granul wydziela się w przybliżeniu 3,5 tysiąca kilowatów / godzina ciepła, że w półtora razy więcej, czym u zwyczajnych drew.
Niska wilgotność – to nie tylko przewaga granul jak paliwa, ale i trudność w ich produkcji. Suszenie może okazać się jednym z głównych artykułów kosztów przy produkcji paliwowych materiałów z odpadów obróbki drewna. Poza tym, zależnie od produkcji, zbiór, sortowanie i oczyszczenie surowca również mogą spowodować dodatkowe koszty. Rzetelne planowanie procesu suszenia pozwoli zmniejszyć kreski, związane z jakością gotowej produkcji, jej kosztem i zagrożeniem pożarowym przy produkcji. Lepszym wariantem jest produkcja biopaliwa z suchej wiórki.
Jedno z najważniejszych przewag granul – wysoka i stała gęstość nasypowa, co pozwala stosunkowo łatwo transportować ten sypki produkt na dużą odległość. Dzięki prawidłowej formie, niewielkiemu rozmiarowi i jednorodnej konsystencji produktu granuli można przesypywać przez specjalne rękawy, co pozwala automatyzować procesy załadunku-rozładowania i również palenia tego rodzaju paliwa.
W celu efektywnego wykorzystania peletu wymaga specjalny rodzaj pieca: kocioł centralnego ogrzewania.
Jakość
Jakość i rodzaj granul zależą od surowca i technologii produkcji. Drzewne granule z dużą treścią kory zazwyczaj mają ciemny kolor, a granule z drewna bez kory – światły. W procesie produkcji, np. podczas suszenia – granulki, które mogą się nieco “przypalać” i wtedy z białych stają się szare. Chociaż to nie zawsze zaznacza się na takich spożywczych jakościach granul jak wartość opałowa, popielna, mocna i ścieralność, lecz może doprowadzić do tworzenia się pyłów przy transportowaniu kosztem tarcia granul jeden o jeden.
Stosowanie
Drzewne granule wysokiej jakości (białe i szare) wykorzystują dla ogrzewania budynków mieszkalnych przez palenie w kotlach, piecach i kaminkach. Oni, z reguły, bywają o średnicy 6-8 mm i długością mniej 50 mm W Europie ich gąszczowi sprzedają w 15-20 kilogramowych workach.

Takie szerokie rozpowszechnienie objaśnia się przyjaznośću dla środowiska tego rodzaju paliwa – przy spalaniu się odpady CO2 dorównują wchłanianiu tego gazu podczas wzrostu drzewa, a odpady NO2 i ulotnych organicznych komponentów znacznie są obniżone dzięki użyciu współczesnych technologii palenia..
Ciemne granule z dużą treścią kory spalają w kotlach większej potęgi w celu otrzymania ciepła i energii elektrycznej dla zaludnionych punktów i przemysłowych przedsiębiorstw. Ciemne granule mogą być większej średnicy. Ich sprzedają luzem partiami od dwóch-trzech tysięcy ton i więcej.

My shop is only 15 by 15 and we get by ok doing our work in there. All the tools we use are just the basic run of the mill stuff that didn’t cost a whole lot. I did use to have that same Skill table saw when I first started. Now use a Ryobi contractors saw.

OMG. I hadn't seen this. I feel like I need to take the afternoon off work… I was in 8th grade, choir class, a buddy and I would go back and forth rapping the songs from Licensed to Ill. In HS I gravitated more toward Metallica type music, then in college rediscovered Beastie, Check Your Head was the shiznat. Caught their show at Lollapalooza in Minneapolis, in 1994 I believe. Some typos got through the proofreaders and into the dead tree. On balance, though, this book so far has proven to be a better read than the last couple of HH series books. It’s still not up to DW’s earlier writing, IMHO (OBS, HoQ, SVW, FoD), but it’s very good. He put some thoughtful attention to detail into both the storyline and the writing, and I’m quite appreciative of that.
I just hope whoever writes these keeps writing more!

Also ich habe es mal ausprobert.- aktuellste Miranda Version runtergeladen und “Portable Installiert” aber noch nicht gestartet (wegen testen)- dann das alte “Isee Plugin” runtergeladen und im Miranda Verzeichnis in den Ordner Plugins entpackt. Dabei sollte die Datei icq.dll überschrieben werden. (Also besser Portable installieren und die Version nur nutzen um sich bei anderen aus der Liste zu löschen)- Nun das Miranda starten, ein Profil, und dannach den ICQ Account eintragen- Nun kann ich auf Menü (Oben Links das Miranda Symbol) > Privacy Settings (ICQ) > und das Privacy Tool aktivieren. So wie oben beschrieben.Wurde bei dir die icq.dll überschrieben oder haste vielleicht ein Unterordner im plugins Ordner erstellt?

Their package worked great (and has worked great over the past months) until the first 10,000 visitors yesterday. Then everything failed. So I had to upgrade to a “enterprise” server.
